A casual community mixer for the DFW biotech scene Bits in Bio and Nucleate are joining forces to bring you a night of High scores and handshakes.

Why an arcade?

Because sometimes you get tired of talking to people and you want to play a game. And then you get tired of the game and you want to talk to somebody again.

No panels. No pitches. No slide decks. Nobody is going to make you stand up and introduce yourself. Bring yourself, play some games, meet the people building bio in this city.

What to expect

Wear whatever you want. This is casual. Jeans and a t-shirt are correct.

We will have name stickers at the door, plus colored dots so you can flag what part of bio you work in. Wet lab, computational, business, student, investor, curious. Find your color, or go find a different one.

Coming alone? Good. Most people are. The organizers will be circulating specifically to introduce people to each other, so find one of us and say so. That is the job.

Cidercade admission is $12 at the door and covers unlimited games. Drinks are on you. There is usually a food truck outside.

The venue is 18+ after 9 PM.
