About Michael Clark

Michael Clark builds and scales products. Over two decades, he's led product, digital and AI capability across global firms such as Mastercard and J.P. Morgan, taking ideas from strategy through to delivery, commercialisation and enterprise scale, including multi-million-dollar products for FTSE 500 companies and globally recognised startups, and also designed the future of money for NEOM. He currently mentors in the Dubai proptech hub, sits on the Dubai DIFC AI regulation 10 committee, and advises businesses and governments globally on product development, AI and data.

From product-market fit to investment readiness

We’ll close the workshop by placing the learning in the UAE founder context: what evidence founders need to commercialise, become investment-ready and access the right ecosystem and infrastructure support.

We’ll also hear a brief practical perspective from Miraj Hossain, award-winning founder building the UAE’s first COAD-certified AI-native venture studio, DiamondAI, followed by audience Q&A on moving from a promising product towards a scalable business.
