Blackbird Collective is a visionary membership and storytelling studio for women of color, allies, and co-conspirators. Join us for Build Mode! As part of #LATechWeek, we’re hosting a hands-on AI agent lab where we roll up our sleeves and get real work done. Whether you’re exploring HubSpot's Breeze Assistant, Agent Builder, Agent CLI, or wiring up HubSpot's Developer MCP, you’ll leave with hands-on experience, new connections, and tangible learnings you can take back to work with you. You'll join a small group of builders at a thematic table that matches your background. Together, you'll dive into a core challenge, work through focused sprints, and lean on HubSpot’s agentic platform (and supportive team!) to break through technical roadblocks in a friendly, collaborative space. 📌 Workshop Format & Core Challenges: When you arrive, we'll help you identify which of our four hands-on tracks is the best fit for you to tackle with your table: 📈 Enhancing HubSpot Data: Build custom UI cards and use Breeze Assistant to make searching and viewing CRM data a breeze. 🐛 AI-Assisted Debugging: Team up with AI coding assistants and HubSpot Developer MCP to track down and fix errors in custom UI extensions. 👩🏻💼 Role-Specific Asset Generation: Connect AI models directly to CRM records to instantly generate tailored resources for Marketing, Sales, and Service teams. 🤖 Autonomous Maintenance: Build automated agents using Agent Builder and CLI to safely handle bulk data cleanup and pipeline updates behind the scenes.
