Tracks are revealed on the night. Expect themes around growing communities, bringing them together, running great events and keeping members engaged, plus room for the weird stuff.

🏆 Demo Format

Every team submits a working demo at code freeze.

The Top 5 teams present live, 3 minutes each.

Judges will award:

🥇 1st Place: 3 months Cursor Ultra per person + Supabase credits
🥈 2nd Place: 2 months Cursor Ultra per person + Supabase credits
🥉 3rd Place: 1 month Cursor Ultra per person + Supabase credits

Judging Criteria:

• Technical execution

• How much Grok Bot and Cursor architected it

• Use of community context

• 10x–20x improvement over today's tooling

• Real-world usefulness

• Demo quality
