Sònia Victoria Werner, co-founder, Lighthouse Ladies, LLC. actress, and improviser. Sònia has improvised alongside Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein for Netflix’s Office Romance campaign and starred as Flora in The Winx Club: The Magic Is Back. She’ll lead a series of improv games designed to help founders think on their feet, adapt on the fly, and connect with one another.
