About the speaker

Josh Hudson is the founder of Ember Systems, where he designs secure infrastructure and workflows for AI agents operating in high-stakes environments. His work includes Emberlink, least-permissioned multi-agent architectures, agent sandboxing, human-brokered authority, and making consequential actions traceable from approval through execution. He brings more than 14 years of experience building high-scale systems across crypto and fintech, including infrastructure and security leadership at Chainlink Labs, Agora Finance, and Polymarket.

At Agora, he built the technical and compliance foundations for regulated stablecoin payments; at Polymarket, he founded and scaled the Infrastructure, Security, and IT functions.

At the heart of his work is a practical question: how do we let agents work with sensitive data, navigate untrusted inputs, and take real action while still keeping people in control when the stakes are high?
