TRAINING SEASON IS OVER: E-COMMERCE, IT’S TIME TO MARRY YOUR CUSTOMER
About This Event
ALL EYES ON US, in partnership with Aimerce and Rocket Shippers invites you to an evening exploring the human side of e-commerce growth.
This event is exclusively for women and those who identify as women.
With Black Friday and Cyber Monday approaching, brands are entering one of the most acquisition-heavy periods of the year — making it the right time to look at what actually drives growth beyond the first transaction.
E-commerce has become extraordinarily good at reaching people, measuring behavior and optimizing transactions. But the hardest question is still human: what happens to your growth when you stop paying for attention?
Bringing together real-world business experience with research on human behavior and decision-making, we’ll look at what sits behind customer choice – and how psychology, brand, data, experience and technology shape the quality of growth over time.
The conversation will move beyond short-term tactics and focus on three bigger questions:
In a market obsessed with short-term performance, what does it take to build a brand whose value compounds over time?
How much of customer loyalty is conscious preference — and how much is habit, familiarity, social identity or simply the brain choosing what feels easiest to choose again?
What growth are brands leaving on the table because they don’t have a complete picture of customer behavior — and what changes when better first-party data starts informing acquisition, retention and the decisions in between?

SPEAKERS

Aliett Buttelman is the Co-Founder of Fazit, the beauty brand behind the viral Glitter Freckles famously worn by Taylor Swift. A Barnard College graduate in Economics and Art History, Aliett built Fazit alongside co-founder Nina LaBruna from a bootstrapped startup into a fast-growing beauty brand now sold in 4,000 retail locations, with plans to grow to 6,500 by 2027. She was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 2026 and Inc.’s Female Founders 500.

Julia Kolodkina is an award-winning brand strategist and creative entrepreneur with 10+ years of multicultural experience across the U.S. and Europe, working with global brands including Visa, Pepsi and Vodafone. Her work has been recognized by the Effie Awards, Awwwards and CSS Design Awards.
She is the Founder & CEO of Aliiiens, a New York-based Brand Venture built around one idea: in the AI era, the strongest advantage is individuality. As technology makes it easier for companies to look and sound alike, Aliiiens helps businesses identify what is distinctly theirs — and turn it into brand, visibility and growth.
Julia is also the author of Tasteology, a new marketing methodology for the AI era, and the founder of ALL EYES ON US, a 3,000+ member NYC community for women entrepreneurs that has partnered with Shopify, UBS and BrainStation.

Yiqi Wu is the founder of Aimerce, a first-party data intelligence app for Shopify brands, designed to address today's data tracking challenges. Before launching Aimerce, she spent a decade as an engineering lead at Meta and Reddit, where she helped create Instagram Stories and Direct Messaging.

Alexandra Rutkay is the founder and CEO of Citymouse, the NYC-born DTC brand creating design-forward parenting bags that don’t look like diaper bags. She launched the brand in 2022 and bootstrapped it to seven figures in revenue within 18 months through a mix of organic social, community building, and viral product launches. Citymouse is now sold on Nordstrom.com and Maisonette.com and has been featured by publications like Forbes, the New York Post, CNBC, Motherly and PureWow. Alexandra was also named to the Inc. Female Founders 500 list in 2026.

Mimi Wu (Founder & CEO, soté baby) is an award-winning serial entrepreneur and systems thinker who has spent 15+ years proving that business, done right, is one of the most powerful conservation tools on earth. She is the founder of soté baby, a premium diaper and wipes brand replacing plastic with plants — without giving up an ounce of performance.
Mimi previously co-founded and was CEO of Myanmar Recycles, one of the world's only industrial-scale plastic bag recycling companies in one of the hardest countries in the world to do business. That work led her to a hard-won conclusion: recycling can't save us; replacing plastic at the source can.
A former World Bank Group consultant, Mimi has advised NASA on global plastic waste strategy and advocated for SMEs and the Global South in the UN Global Plastic Treaty negotiations. She is a Cartier Women's Initiative Fellow and CWI's North America Community Activator.
