About the workshop

Building a great product is only half the battle. This hands-on workshop is for early-stage crypto founders who want to turn early product traction into sustainable user growth.

We’ll break down how to identify your highest-value users, design a launch and distribution strategy, build incentive systems that drive meaningful behavior, and avoid the mercenary growth loops that plague many crypto products.

Founders will leave with a clearer ICP, user journey, incentive strategy, and actionable 30-day growth plan for their product.

Led by Snag Solutions, drawing on lessons from helping crypto teams launch and scale onchain growth campaigns.
