Tokens tell you what the model consumed. They don't tell you what a customer can use, when an agent should stop, or how a contract becomes a limit in your code.

After Tokens is about the infrastructure that answers those questions: metering, credits, entitlements, pricing, billing, and the systems that keep them in sync.
