AI, X-rays, and Manufacturing: Lumafield SF Open House and Live Go/No-Go Recording

AI is reaching past software into the world of physical goods, transforming how physical products are designed, manufactured, and understood.

On August 26, Lumafield will bring together engineers, founders, researchers, journalists, investors, and manufacturing leaders for an evening of conversation at our new San Francisco headquarters.

The centerpiece will be a live recording of the Go/No-Go podcast. Haomiao Huang, partner at Matter Venture Partners, will lead a conversation with Eduardo Torrealba, co-founder and CEO of Lumafield, and Vikram Pavate, co-founder and CEO of Tacta Systems, about the choices, technologies, and institutions shaping the next era of industry. They’ll cover machines that can see inside the things we make, robotic hands that can feel what they touch, how we confront a generation of manufacturing knowledge heading toward retirement, and what it will take to automate manufacturing.
