Start with one AI hire. Leave with a team that does real work.

Most people use AI one prompt at a time. Copy, paste, repeat, and the work still waits on you.

This session goes a step further. You'll hire your first AI assistant, one that knows your inbox, calendar, and context. Then you'll give it real work. As it learns what you do, you'll add agents for whatever keeps landing on your plate: outreach, client follow-ups, meeting prep, reports.

No coding, and it isn't a hackathon. It's a hands-on build session for founders, operators, consultants, and anyone running more work than they have hours for.

Here's what we've seen in the past:

• A consultant starts with an assistant that knows her calendar. She leaves with an agent briefing her before every client call, an agent turning call notes into recaps and next steps, and an agent pulling each client's pipeline into a Friday update.

• A business owner starts with an assistant for his inbox. He leaves with an agent handling customer orders, an agent posting to Instagram, and an agent chasing unpaid invoices.

• A chief of staff starts with an assistant that knows her CEO's inbox and calendar. She leaves with an agent prepping the weekly board and investor update, an agent tracking every open commitment from the leadership meeting, and an agent coordinating candidate interviews.

• Outreach: research prospects and send personalized LinkedIn messages and emails

• Client follow-through: meeting prep, follow-up drafts, and weekly client updates

• Your own ops: inbox triage, a daily briefing, or a landing page or video for something you're launching

The goal: one workflow that's still running for you next week.

• 2:00 PM: Show & tell: share your org chart and what your team did (prizes for the best)

Pick the track that fits you:

Track 1: Build your AI team for the work you already do

Start with Pebbles, your first assistant, and hire agents for the work that keeps landing on your plate: outreach, client follow-ups, meeting prep, reports. Our team will set it up with you step by step in Turnstone (YC W26).

Track 2: Build an AI team for something new

Have an idea, side project, or new business you haven't had time for? Build a small AI team around it, with agents for research, a landing page, and outreach to your first customers, and see how far you get in an afternoon.

Track 3: Bring your own setup

Already using Claude, ChatGPT, or your own agents? Bring them. Build alongside us, compare approaches, and take whatever ideas are useful. No need to use Turnstone.
