Photography, Video, and Recording: This event will be photographed, filmed, live-streamed, and audio recorded. By entering the venue, you consent to being captured on camera and to the use of your name, image, voice, statements, and likeness by Anwar Enterprises, Anwar Events, The Red Carpet Show, and their affiliated partners and sponsors.

Marketing and Promotional Use: Any material captured at this event may appear in promotional content, social media, websites, newsletters, press coverage, paid advertising, sponsor recap materials, and future marketing assets, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation. Guests waive any right to inspect or approve the finished material before publication.

On-Camera Interviews: Participation in The Red Carpet Show is entirely voluntary. Sitting for an interview grants Anwar Enterprises the full right to edit, distribute, and monetize that footage across any platform, in any format, without further approval.

Opting Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff upon arrival and avoid the designated filming areas. Organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, though appearance in wide or crowd shots cannot be fully prevented.

Guest Policy: This is a private, invitation-only event. RSVPs are non-transferable and entry is subject to ID verification. Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion.

Capacity and Access: This event has a strict capacity limit. A confirmed RSVP does not guarantee entry once capacity has been reached, so early arrival is strongly encouraged.

Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Organizers reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund or recourse.

Liability: Anwar Media, Anwar Events, and the venue are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Attendance is at your own risk.

Data and Registration: Information submitted at registration may be shared with event sponsors and partners in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Guests may opt out of sponsor communications at any time.

Changes and Cancellations: Event details including time, venue, panelists, and programming are subject to change. Organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify registered guests of any material changes.
