After the opening discussion and audience Q&A, the room breaks into small groups. Founders bring a live GTM or growth problem. The group works it in the room: positioning, distribution, enterprise sales, partnerships, pricing, acquisition, or whatever is actually blocking progress. The goal is introductions, answers, and next actions. Not another stack of LinkedIn connections. Last year, one attendee closed a middle-market enterprise deal before the evening was over.
