Early Days #01 with Peter Kazanjy from Founding Sales

Most B2B founders don’t start out as salespeople. But when you’re getting a company off the ground, you’re usually the one closing the first customers.

For the first Early Days event, we’re joined by Pete Kazanjy, author of Founding Sales: The Early-Stage Go-to-Market Handbook.

Pete will share practical advice on:

• Selling a product or category buyers haven’t seen before

• Running customer conversations as a technical or first-time founder

• Knowing when it’s time to bring on your first sales hire

Who it’s for: Early-stage B2B SaaS founders doing founder-led sales, first sales hires, and first-time sales managers.

Agenda

• 6:00–6:15 PM: Doors open

• 6:15–6:30 PM: Welcome and intro

• 6:30–7:00 PM: Pete’s keynote

• 7:00–7:30 PM: Q&A

• 7:30–8:00 PM: Networking and refreshments
