Human Connections via AI — The Good, The Bad & The Robotic

AI is involved in how we build relationships, but what happens when technology starts mediating something fundamentally human: connection?
Join us for an in-person conversation about the evolving relationship between AI and human connection. Can AI help us become better at maintaining relationships, remembering the people we meet, and following up when it matters? When do we push back?
Could it help us build stronger communities—or make human interaction feel increasingly automated, transactional, and impersonal?
How do we control it, instead of it controlling us? We'll explore the good, the bad, and the robotic sides of AI-mediated connection, including:
• Where AI genuinely helps people build and maintain relationships
• Where technology can undermine trust, authenticity, and serendipity
• Whether AI can strengthen community without replacing human connection
• What happens when our social and professional networks become increasingly AI-assisted
• What responsible design should look like when the product is ultimately about people
We'll feature real-world examples with:
Hannah Leeb, founder of www.nurturebot.app , a relationship tool designed to help people remember who they met.
Alice Wang, founder of www.SmartCited.com , a solution that lets you see who AI recommends. And why it isn’t you.
Roy Medina founder of www.Observer-AI.com , an efficient tool that let's human easily build a monitoring agent.
Maria Sebares Jimanez-Blanco founder of www.neurpop.space , AI tools for brain rehab.
Katie Lan & Louise Li founders of www.heydazi.com , the app that finds you people to do thing together.
Expect an open conversation rather than a conventional tech panel: thoughtful perspectives, differing opinions, real examples, and plenty of time to meet other people who are thinking about the future of technology and community.
