Lessons from Open Source DevTools Founders w/ PostHog, Cline and more

For OSS Week, PostHog and 1984 Ventures are hosting an evening at Hogpatch with founders who build in the open. There will be three short round-table discussions followed by drinks and time to talk.

Who should come: founders, maintainers and engineers building or adopting open source AI tools. Come prepared with questions. We want this to be as engaging as possible.

Open Source as a GTM Strategy
Operators from PostHog, Cline and Unikraft on using open source to reach developers, and how to turn usage into a business without alienating the community that got you there.

Open Source AI and Cybersecurity
Strix, Asymptote Labs and PostHog on securing agents and AI systems when the code is public, and why open tooling can be a security advantage rather than a liability.

Finding PMF in Open Source
Founders from StarSling, InsForge and Monid on which early signals actually meant something. Stars and downloads are easy to count, so the focus is on the signals that aren't.

Agenda
6:00pm Doors open, food and drinks
7:00pm Round-table discussions
8:00pm Drinks and networking

Space at Hogpatch is limited, so registrations are approved on a rolling basis.
