Potato Meter: The Brand Roast Your Team Won't Give You #SFTechWeek

Your team is too close. Your friends are too nice. Your investors are too busy. Time for an honest opinion on your brand.
tonik.com is getting a room together for exactly that. We’re the brand and product studio behind work for startups in a16z Speedrun, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Letta and more. For SF Tech Week, we’re hosting Potato Meter, our spin on Rotten Tomatoes for startup brands. Think: a panel’s critique, an audience verdict, and potatoes that can take a roast.

Joining us: Lester Chen (Partner, a16z), Morgane Palomares (VP of Marketing, Braintrust), and Malthe Sigurdsson (Head of Craft, Stripe). Maya Spivak from marketing.fan will dig into the work they’re known for: the decisions behind it, why it landed, and what they’d do differently.

Then we put that judgment to work on your websites. Submit your site for a shot at the big screen, get feedback from the panel, and a score from the room, or come to learn why some brands land while others disappear.

You’ll get a potato paddle. Please use this power responsibly. Stay for drinks and meet the people behind startups, marketing, and design.
