AI Commerce Gallery — ZooWork × AI Valley

What does the next generation of AI-powered commerce look like?

ZooWork and AI Valley are bringing together builders, founders, engineers, designers, and commerce leaders for AI Commerce Gallery — a curated one-day hackathon and interactive showcase for products pushing commerce forward.

On October 3rd, AI Commerce Gallery takes over The Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco for a full day of building, demos, and exploration.

Teams will build throughout the day in the Diane Disney Miller Exhibition Hall before the evening program moves into the Main Museum, with presentations in the Theater and Lower Lobby and private access to the Museum’s Main Galleries from 6–8 PM.

Teams will build AI-powered products across:

• E-commerce & storefront experiences

• Merchant operations, inventory, fulfillment & payments

• Restaurants, retail, POS & physical commerce

• AI agents, MCP integrations & workflow automation

But this isn’t a traditional hackathon.

Instead of spending the evening watching dozens of back-to-back pitches, every team will turn their project into an exhibit for the AI Commerce Gallery Walk.

After the Gallery Walk, the evening moves into the Main Museum for featured demos, awards, networking, and two hours to explore The Walt Disney Family Museum’s Main Galleries.

Attendees, judges, partners, and investors will move through the gallery, interact with live demos, meet the builders, and experience what the future of commerce could actually feel like.

Throughout the day, builders will have access to AI tools, APIs, integrations, technical workshops, mentors, and partner resources to help turn ideas into working products.

The strongest projects will be selected as Featured Exhibits and invited to demo on the main stage before the Gallery Awards.
