About This Event
Is Deployment the Real Moat in Physical AI?
What does it really take to deploy robots at scale, and can deployment become a lasting competitive advantage?
As robotics foundation models and hardware continue to advance, real-world deployment remains one of the industry's biggest challenges.
What separates a successful demo from a scalable business? Is the real moat in the technology, the deployment expertise, the operational data, or the customer relationships built along the way?
Join Embodied Collective for an intimate, curated industry conversation bringing together robotics companies, deployment practitioners, and enterprise adopters to exchange firsthand insights and explore what it takes to scale Physical AI in the real world.
What We'll Explore
The Deployment Bottleneck: What's actually preventing robots from scaling beyond pilots?
The Enterprise Perspective: What do industrial buyers really need before deploying robotics solutions?
Deployment as a Moat: Can real-world experience, data, and operational capabilities create sustainable competitive advantages?
Scaling in Practice: What does it take to make robotics deployments repeatable, reliable, and commercially viable?
Confirmed Speakers
Robert Scoble | Founder, Unaligned (Opening Fireside)
Robert has spent decades on the front lines of tech, from Microsoft to eight books about the future. He now tracks AI and robotics daily at Unaligned and AlignedNews.com, and visits the teams building them, giving him a rare view of what's actually running in the real world versus what's still a demo.
Ruslan Bekbulatov | Investment Principal, Bosch Ventures
Ruslan brings a unique perspective at the intersection of industrial customers and venture investing, engaging with both sides on technology capabilities, technical specifications, deployment timelines, and commercial considerations. (Views expressed are his own and do not represent Bosch or Bosch Ventures.)
Evan Tao | Co-founder & CEO, Chestnut Robotics
Formerly a core member of Tesla's Optimus team, Evan brings extensive robotics hardware experience from Tesla, Apple, and ASML. At Chestnut Robotics, he is advancing dexterous manipulation through hardware and human demonstration co-design, focusing on making robotic systems more reliable, scalable, and deployment-ready.
Natalia Kokoromyti | Co-founder & CEO, Cybernetic Physics
A Stanford computer scientist, Natalia previously worked as a researcher in Stanford’s Scaling Intelligence Lab, where she contributed to KernelBench, and worked on confidential computing at Lucid Computing. At Cybernetic Physics, an a16z speedrun company, she is building an intelligence lab for real-world machines. The company owns the hard part of putting robots to work, from bridging sim-to-real gaps and integrating robots on-site to policy serving, teleoperation, and ongoing operations, so autonomous systems can run reliably on real floors.
Judah Longgrear | Co-Founder and President of Media, Robot.com
Judah leads Robot.com's media business, R-Ads, building a first-of-its-kind robotic media network from the company's global fleet and digital out-of-home network. Robot.com is a Physical AI platform deploying autonomous robots across delivery, logistics, advertising, and security. A serial entrepreneur, Judah has spent nearly a decade building at the intersection of mobility, adtech, and robotics.
More robotics foundation model and deployment speakers to be announced!
Who Should Join?
We're especially looking to connect with:
Robotics Deployment Companies: Founders and operators building and deploying robotics solutions in real-world environments.
Enterprise Buyers & Adopters: Manufacturing, logistics, industrial, and other organizations actively deploying, piloting, or evaluating robotics technologies.
System Integrators & Deployment Partners: Teams working directly on robotics integration, implementation, and operations.
Our goal is to bring the people building and deploying robotics together with the businesses adopting them — creating a focused, high-signal conversation around real challenges, practical insights, and potential collaborations.
