The Moat Table - 5 to 9 Society Dinner in SF
About This Event
A small group is continuing the conversation from the Patent-Pending Party over dinner.
This is a 5 to 9 Society dinner. One table, one conversation, phones down. Kathryn Vatt joins as the evening's subject matter expert. She's a former United States Patent Examiner with over 25 years in IP, a Special Advisor at the U.S. Department of Commerce, leading IP strategy for the startup and venture ecosystem across the U.S. and Eastern Europe, the founder of moatly™ and VATT IP Management, Venture Partner at Quintstone Capital, and the author of the forthcoming Startup IP Strategy For Dummies (Wiley, 2027).
We'll go deeper into what makes a company actually defensible, not just fundable. Bring your real questions about patents, trademarks, and the IP decisions that are harder to undo than they look.
5 to 9 Society is a private membership community for Founders and Operating Leaders from high-growth companies. We meet quarterly for intimate, curated dinners amongst peer leaders in confidential salons.
