Sheetal Doshi, Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer of AIGP Health, brings a perspective that spans science, healthcare commercialization, patient engagement, and venture building. Having started her career as an analytical chemist before moving into healthcare business and growth roles across Asia, she has seen firsthand how scientific expertise can translate into very different career paths. At AIGP Health, she now works on bringing clinical AI solutions into hospitals and clinics, giving her a practical view of what it takes to identify real healthcare needs, gain adoption, and build products around both clinical and patient priorities.

For PhD students and early-career researchers wondering how to move from research into healthcare innovation, commercialization, or entrepreneurship, Sheetal will share lessons from her own transition from bench science to business building, the skills that proved most valuable along the way, and how to distinguish a genuine healthcare opportunity from a technology looking for a problem.

Bruno Occhipinti, CEO of Qritive, brings more than two decades of experience across technology, strategy, business development, and healthcare. Before leading Qritive, he worked across global organizations including Samsung, Philips, and ASUS, where his roles covered corporate strategy, healthcare innovation, telehealth, computer vision, and AI-enabled solutions. Today, he leads Qritive in developing AI-powered digital pathology technologies for cancer diagnosis.

Bruno will share the commercial side of building and scaling healthcare AI: how to earn the trust of clinicians, demonstrate value to hospitals, move from promising technology to adoption, and navigate the realities of selling into complex healthcare systems. He will also discuss how AI itself is changing strategy and business roles, and what skills will remain important as more analytical and operational work becomes AI-enabled.
