About This Event
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE HER
100 Women Changing the Face of Innovation
An invite only event, curated from a room of nominated women leaders.
When you picture success, who do you see?
For generations, the image of business and technology success has looked remarkably similar.
We want to change that picture.
Success Looks Like Her will bring together 100 extraordinary women across technology, entrepreneurship, investing, leadership, and community for a day centered on visibility, connection, storytelling, and celebrating the women at the forefront of innovation.
100 Women. 10 Communities. 10 Voices From Each.
We are intentionally bringing together:
10 Female CTOs & Technical Leaders
Women building the technology shaping our future.
10 Female Founders
Women building ambitious companies from the ground up.
10 Exited Female Founders
Women who have built, scaled, acquired, sold, or successfully exited companies.
10 Female Venture Capitalists
Women deciding which ideas and founders receive institutional capital.
10 Female Angel Investors, Advisors, LPs
Women investing their own capital, expertise, and networks into the next generation.
10 Female Executives & Operators
Women leading teams, organizations, products, and companies.
10 Female AI & Innovation Leaders
Women working at the forefront of emerging technology and shaping what comes next.
10 Female Community Leaders
Women creating the communities and networks that open doors for others.
10 Female Media, Storytelling & Influential Voices
Women influencing how we see leadership, entrepreneurship, technology, and success.
10 Female Advocates & Changemakers
Champions, government leaders, policymakers, nonprofit leaders, and allies who use their voice, influence, resources, and platforms to advocate for women, open doors, and create opportunities for others to succeed.
10 × 10 = 100 women redefining what success looks like.
More Than an Event
Throughout the day, we will be recording podcast interviews and individual stories from the women in the room.
Because representation isn't simply about being invited into the room.
It's about being seen.
We want a young woman starting her first company, an engineer considering becoming a CTO, or a founder wondering whether she belongs in venture-backed entrepreneurship to be able to see hundreds of examples of women who came before her and think:
"I can see myself there too."
These conversations will be captured and amplified beyond the event so the impact doesn't end when the room clears.
The Experience
10:00–10:30 AM — Registration + Coffee & Tea
Arrive, grab a coffee, meet the women you'll spend the day with, and settle in.
Podcast interviews and story recordings will take place throughout the day.
10:30–11:00 AM — Welcome + Opening Keynote
Why changing who we see as successful can change who believes they can succeed.
11:00–11:30 AM — See Her: Table Introductions
There's a twist: instead of introducing yourself, you'll get to know the woman beside you — and introduce her.
Listen to her story. Find out what she's proud of. Discover what makes her extraordinary.
Then tell the table why they should know her.
The most memorable introduction at each table wins a gift.
11:30 AM–12:30 PM — Brunch + The Encouragement Challenge
Meet at least three women at your table and exchange numbers.
But this isn't another collection of LinkedIn connections.
Your challenge is simple:
When you think of her, text her. Encourage her.
We want the relationships created in this room to continue long after the event.
12:30–1:30 PM — 100 Women Group Photo + Open Networking
One room. One photograph. 100 different examples of what success can look like.
1:30–3:00 PM — Women Changing the Face of Success: Featured Panels
A conversation with influential women across technology, capital, entrepreneurship, and leadership about what it took to get where they are, the barriers they encountered, and what needs to change for the generation coming next.
3:00–4:00 PM — Connection + Closing
Continue the conversations, meet someone outside your field, participate in podcast interviews, and leave with relationships that continue beyond the day.
Why We're Doing This
Success isn't only about who gets funded, promoted, acquired, or invited into influential rooms.
It's also about who society learns to associate with success in the first place.
Every founder story we share, every portrait we publish, every conversation we amplify, and every woman we make visible helps expand that picture.
We aren't asking women to fit the existing image of success.
We're changing the image.

100 women. 100 stories. Thousands more who will see what's possible.

Success Looks Like Her.
