SPEAKER BIO

Manisha Gupta advises leaders on where AI can improve business performance, how teams need to work differently, and how to turn those changes into measurable growth, workforce productivity, and financial results.

A former Oracle Vice President, she led People Intelligence products that connected people strategy with business and financial outcomes through AI, analytics, and behavioural science. Her experience spans Oracle, LinkedIn, eBay, and startups, building and scaling enterprise products. She holds an MBA from Wharton.

Manisha is currently building a startup in stealth. She is also the founder of WearVedic, an executive coach, coauthor of Unshakable Teams, and creator of Chain of Choices, a conversation series exploring defining decisions and their consequences. An avid hiker, she brings a deep curiosity about human behavior and technology to her work.
