Join us for a women-only self-defense class designed to build confidence, awareness, and practical skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Led by one of the area's top martial arts instructors, this private session will teach simple, effective techniques you can use to defend yourself in real-world situations. No experience is necessary, and the class will be tailored to the group's skill level and comfort.

Come ready to learn something new, challenge yourself, and spend time with an incredible community of women.

Doors open at 8AM, class begins at 8:30AM and a healthy breakfast to go will have you ready to rock and out the door by 10AM. The venue is an 8 minute ride from Mandalay Bay.
