About This Event

AI can generate a thousand vulnerability reports before breakfast. Most of them are noise. The real question the industry is avoiding is: what happens to the researchers who actually know what they are looking at when the queue is already full of junk?

82% of ethical hackers now use AI in their workflows. They are writing agents, generating exploit code, and using LLMs as research assistants. AI has made their work faster and more valuable. But it has also flooded the pipeline with something they did not ask for: a wave of AI-generated submissions with thin evidence, no proof of impact, and just enough formatting to look legitimate. Researchers call it slop. Platforms are drowning in it. And the people doing real work are competing for attention against a machine that never stops filing tickets.

This panel discussion brings hackers and researchers together to say what they actually think. How AI has changed the way they work, where it helps and where it gets in the way, what slop is doing to the signal they spend weeks building, and what organizations need to understand about the difference between a finding and a risk. The bug is easy. Knowing what it means is the hard part.
