Product & AI - The Un-Conference

This month there are no slides and no speakers on stage. You set the agenda.

An un-conference is a meetup where attendees bring the topics. Anyone can pitch a question, challenge or idea. The group votes on the pitches, splits into small circles and talks it through. You’ll get honest conversations with peers who deal with the same problems you do.

What to bring
A topic you want to discuss. It can be a question you’re stuck on (“How do I measure the ROI of AI features?”), something you’ve learned (“What happened when we gave PMs coding agents”) or a debate you want to start (“Is the PRD dead?”). If you don’t bring a topic, come anyway - every group needs good listeners and interesting questions.

• 5:30 PM - Pizza, drinks and mingling

• 6:00 PM - Welcome and how the un-conference works

• 6:10 PM - Topic pitches (30 seconds each, write it on a sticky note)

• 6:25 PM - Voting and building the session board

• 6:30 PM - Round 1: small-group discussions (30 min)

• 7:00 PM - Round 2: small-group discussions (30 min)

• 7:30 PM - Share-back: each group shares its top takeaways

• 7:45 PM - Wrap-up and more mingling
